GPG’s existing CO2 emissions were recently measured (July 2026) at

Wisconsin-Specific – for machining with 50 to 60 CNC machines on a 2 shifts 5 days per week

Since Wisconsin falls within the EPA’s MRO East eGRID region, electricity emissions can be around 0.64 kg CO₂e/kWh, which is higher than the U.S. average.  But Wisconsin is a Manufacturing base and this number is typical for a manufacturing foundation state.

1,920 metric tons CO₂e/year

Practical Benchmark

I would expect total emissions to be roughly:

1,500 to 3,000 metric tons CO₂e per year, with electricity accounting for the majority of the footprint

GPG is targeting a 5% year over year target each Year over year CO2 reduction and energy use with the building of the new plant addition in 2027.  This plant will include solar array support.
